Luminis Consulting isn't about one-size-fits-all. Whether you're well-established or just starting out, I'll bring a fresh perspective and a kind voice to remind you that you're really not as stuck as you might think.

Meet Carl

I bring broad skills as a workshop facilitator, business leader, and CEO in the non-profit field to address the challenges you face. With two decades of Canadian and international governance board experience, my insight extends to the financial, policy, and human resource management aspects of effective operations.

My BA in International Development from the University of Guelph and many years in both developing world and Canadian-based Indigenous organizations have taught me to listen to local perspectives, and instilled a belief in our responsibility to each other and our communities.

Carl Waldron is the founder of Luminis Consulting

Carl’s ability to facilitate far exceeded our expectations. He has excellent skills in keeping the group on topic and to organize, transcribe and reflect our ideas back to us in a clear, precise manner. He has a gentle soul and is easy to work with due to his ability to listen and understand what is being said by others. I highly recommend Carl and would not hesitate to work with him again in the future.
